Maintenance work is coming up in the building's common areas, and we want to let you know about it well in advance.
What is planned:

The work begins on and is expected to be completed by . Dates may change, for example due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a separate notice will be posted.
What to expect:
We kindly ask for your understanding that some disruption may accompany the work, and that you show consideration for the workers while it is underway. Please keep windows closed if dust is generated, and follow any signage regarding closed areas and access.
